Okey..ni bukan competition..I am challenging myself from junk food abstinence..
Besides that, I did change my diet intake into more healthy food..boleh berjaya kah??
tak berapa yakin dengan diri sendiri..everyday i need something to munchhhh...susah giler..skang tukar dah snack for munching yg lebih sihat..
nak tau apa healthy foodnye?
for my breakfast..half bowl of yogurt plus Fruit&Fiber cereal..(of course la tak sesedap nasik lemak makan pagi-pagi tu..waa)
for my lunch..nampak rice cake kat bawah tu?makan dalam 3 keping la..then plus sayur salad n tomatoes..ala-ala tuna salad..
dinner plak makan masakan housemate...
ok antara MAKANAN FAVOURITE yang DILARANG dalam challenge ni..dah takde dalam food box dekat bilik ni..sob sob :(
